The Maryland School Counselor Association (MSCA) is a professional organization whose members are certified/licensed in school counseling with unique qualifications and skills to address the academic, personal/social and career development needs of all students. Professional school counselors are advocates, leaders, collaborators and consultants who create opportunities for equity in access and success in educational opportunities by connecting their programs to the mission of schools

The Maryland School Counselor Association, Inc. is the Maryland organization that represents your interests as a professional school counselor.

• MSCA leadership has lobbied on behalf of children, schools, and counselors at the national, state and local levels.
